Magnesium Glycerophosphate is an organic magnesium salt formed by glycerophosphate and magnesium ions. It supplies both magnesium ions and glycerophosphate, serving as an organic magnesium source with high bioavailability. Compared with inorganic magnesium salts such as magnesium oxide and magnesium sulfate, it shows better gastrointestinal tolerance with low risk of diarrhea and higher absorption rate.
